Crawling and Bots Using excessive bandwidth on Brizy WP Site

Dear Support, 

I trust you are well. I need some help with my website built on wordpress and brizy grannyfudgeshop.co.za. Recently in the past month I have been getting excessive bandwidth eaten by bots and crawling on my site. I tried to use a STOPbots plugin and Robots.txt but crawling still seemed to come in. Can you assist me please? I am not sure what to do because I have already used 1TB or more of bandwidth on my hosting this month.
