hey guys built a site for a person bikelock.ie and they tell me that the contact form does not always work. They said the following and the sent me this error message

https://share.zight.com/GGubbPG6 - also is it possible to see the form submissions?

The website is up and running.

However when anyone tries to use the “contact us” section of the website to send a message it only works sometimes.

It is the same for both phone and laptop.

  Hello Richard,

  I added my email to the contact form at https://www.bikelock.ie/ and tested the form. I received an email notification from the form when I have accepted all four types of cookies in the Cookibot consent system. 

  

  I did a second test by giving consent only for "Necessary" cookies. This time, the page gave an error and the form did not submit. The Cookiebot script interferes with form submission when a user gives consent only for "Necessary" cookies. 

  You may need to explore other available Cookie consent solutions. Kindly consider switching to CookieYes

  thanks so much and with cookie yes it should work ok even on the free version?

  do you know if there are many limits

  Yes, CookieYes should work even on the free version. However, the free plan does have some limitations. You can check the specific limits on their pricing page - https://www.cookieyes.com/pricing/

  Hey Ariel I am not sure what is going on but I have submitted requests regarding a site gelidaaluminis.com but the requests don’t seem to appear on my portal can you let me know
