Thank you. But this doesn’t really help me to start a new Blog page on my already existing site. I currently have a single page site. I want to add a second page that will be the blog page. The video you sent shows me how to start with a new website template and to work on the page that is already set up as a blog. I need to know how to create a blog on a new page of an existing site. I didn’t find anything in these videos that shows that. These videos are also 2 years old and there are things here that do not reflect or like like what Brizy Cloud looks like now. Is there any way to get a more step by step approach that shows how to get the page set up? I can use these videos to then figure out how best to create posts. But I need guidance on the page itself first please.

    Hello Danny,

Projects which were developed before February 2021 use the Brizy Cloud legacy project format. Projects that are added after February 2021 follow the Brizy Cloud current project format. Features such as these which were added to Brizy Cloud from February 2021 are not included in the legacy projects.

    • Blogging
    • Project Duplication
    • AI Builder
    • Multilingual websites
    • Project Cloning
    • Collaboration tool

The three projects in your account were developed using the Brizy Cloud legacy project format. You must recreate the project in the current project format before adding a blog to your existing website. There isn't an automated procedure in place to migrate projects from the legacy format to the present one. However you can recreate the projects, following a manual procedure.

    1. Save each page as a layout in the old project
    2. Create a new project and add pages one by one and import the page layouts saved in step 1
    3. Copy paste the global styles and typography from the old to the new project
    4. Recreate menu, setup global blocks and display conditions
    5. Re-setup the email notifications for Brizy forms if any in the new project

Once you have recreated the project in the current project format, follow the procedure at How to Create Post Pages Like a PRO! from 3 minutes onwards to add 2-3 test blog posts. In the same tutorial, follow the procedure from 20 minutes onwards to design the blog archive page.
