hello, i would like to apply for a refund because i am not satisfied and your page builder doesn't much my expectations, i payed for it but havent used it

  As per our terms and conditions at https://www.brizy.io/terms-and-conditions, 

  Refunds are available for the first 30 days after purchasing a new monthly or yearly subscription

  
  You were eligible for a refund up until December 13, 2024, after purchasing the Personal WordPress plan on November 14, 2024. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund because you have exceeded the 30 day period. However your subscription has been canceled, and it will expire on November 15, 2025.
