Hi, problem with displaying pictures on site and upp loading

Hi, this is how several of my pages suddenly are displayed. I have tried to put Wordfence on Learning mode. As you can see in the lower left corner the icon is not displayed either. And if I remove the picture and try to upload a new on I get the "Failed to up load file" see second pic.

  Thank you for your cooperation. I attempted to replicate the issue, but I was unable to encounter the same error when uploading images.  

  

  To better understand the problem, could you provide a short screencast demonstrating the issue?
