I want to cancel my Brizy Cloud subscription, please refund me.
Because this system is difficult for my customers to use. I also feel that it does not support the White Label agility. The features and templates are outdated. Now I can't compete in the Thai market. It's not worth investing in this anymore. So I want to cancel BrizyCloud and refund.

As per our terms and conditions at https://www.brizy.io/terms-and-conditions,
Refunds are available for the first 30 days after purchasing a new monthly or yearly subscription. For renewals, refunds are not available, meaning starting with the second month of the subscription or with the second year.
Unfortunately your renewal transaction does not qualify for a refund. We have cancelled your subscription and it is scheduled to expire on February 5, 2026

We provide refunds for the first 30 days following a new purchase in accordance with our terms and conditions. From the second year onwards, renewal purchases are not eligible for refunds. In your case, you would have gotten a refund if you had canceled your subscription by March 4, 2023.
