student's account was locked
Hi Brizy, I get a lot of complaints from my students with regards to their accounts being locked out.
here are some list:

You mentiond that the latter 2's account were already unlocked but they still complain that they still cant access their accounts. please help. also can you please unlocked all of the locked accounts which are under my account?

Hello Taylor,
We have unblocked Dioson Christian's account. The other two accounts are already unblocked and their dashboards are accessible at our end. We need more information about the problem they are facing with their accounts. Please request Alina Togorean and Prentice Davis to get in contact with us if they continue to have trouble accessing their accounts.
