Personal Active Subscription now Active

I have the "Personal" active subscription however, I logged in today and on the project it says free - see below and all the features on my website have been deactivated.

  Thank you for reaching out.  

  Please hover over the top right corner and click the three dots. From there, you should see the link to activate the project.

  I have already tried that but nothing happened.

  I also receive this message when I try to activate pro which suggests that I don't have a paid subscription - which I do.
