SSL issue?

I took my site, anthem.ooo live around five hours ago. I know SSL implementation can technically take a while, but I’ve never known site publishing take this long with any other platform. I’m wondering if there’s an issue, and if not, can you confirm that my SSL in the process of installation?

  The SSL appears working fine at https://www.anthem.ooo/ I see this design.

  

   

  After adding the custom domain to your project and adding the required A Record and CNAME record to your domain, the SSL is usually auto generated in 20 minutes. If you made changes to the name servers linked to your domain name right before changing the CNAME and A records, it could take up to 48 hours for the changes to take effect.
