SLL Certificate - Website not going live
Hi Brizy
We are having trouble making our students website go live even if we inputed the correct data. can you please help us?
One solution we are looking at is giving them SLL Certificate.
Can you please give all my students the SLL Certificate?
To name a few are:
martylachat@yahoo.com
bhazel2008@gmail.com
| traviegibson@yahoo.com |
also please help us diagnose why they are not going live.

Hello Taylor,
We have added SSL certificates to the student projects in the above accounts. Please request other students to follow the steps suggested below to fix the SSL error.
If the A Record and the CNAME record are updated within the next few minutes of adding a custom domain, the SSL certificate for the domain will be generated correctly. If the domain records are updated after a few hours, kindly request your students to delete the custom domain, add it again following the procedure at https://jmp.sh/XKyMGrZy and wait for 20 minutes for the SSL to be auto generated.
