My studio plan subscribtion is not activated

Hi there! I purchased a Brizy lifetime license when it was first released, and when Brizy came to AppSumo in 2019, I bought another lifetime license for Brizy-Cloud for six websites. For the last three years, I've been paying for the Studio plan for Brizy-Cloud. Despite all of this, Brizy is still demanding that I pay for the Pro features. I don’t have access to the Pro features, even though my Studio plan is valid until July 31, 2026. Could it be that the Studio plan is conflicting with the lifetime license?
