not directing me to my students dashboard and SLL Certificate

Hi I need helping accessing my students dashboard. when i press the key icon it it routes me to our welcome page and not my students dashboard. how can we fix this? her account is

Also can you give SLL Certificate to all of my students? Thank you

  Hello Alina,

  Our security tool incorrectly flagged your websites as SPAM, phishing or misleading which led to blocking of your account. We apologize for the inconvenience. We have removed the block. 

  The required A Record and the CNAME Record are not yet added to your domain name. Kindly add the appropriate A Record and the CNAME record to connect your custom domain.
