CTA Not Working Can't Edit Subscribe now or Contact us button to collect emails

The Buttons Subscribe now and Contact Us are not working . I cannot access the icon to the the Far right to collect emails etc. When I click there is just a never ending loading loop

  We have fixed the issue with the two forms in your project. Kindly check the "Subscribe Now" and "Contact Us" buttons.
