can't save after adding a background image

can't save after adding a background image. I have the latest versions of brizy and I am adding a background image to the fold and I can't save that at all. it's been trying to for a long time now and not working. I edited other things and was able to save it but not this. https://wordpress-1217376-5257139.cloudwaysapps.com/

I disabled the WP-optimize plugin - which I would like to use and i as able to use in the past, since it compresses and allows me to serve images in a better format for website speed.

and now after being able to save few changes I have made, now it is not saving the updates either.
