Submit Form Tracking conversion

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Since the trigger is assigned to the button, it will fire regardless of whether the form submission is successful. Brizy validates the form before allowing submission, but GTM does not recognize this validation—it simply tracks the button click.

To ensure accurate tracking, we recommend using a thank-you page redirect instead. This way, a Page View Trigger in GTM will only fire when the thank-you page loads, confirming a successful submission: https://youtu.be/FtwqSq4iDxs?si=-aQd94gtj7kHe4xd

If you have any further questions, please let us know.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

I Understand that option but i dont want to use a Thank you page because i want that they can still read for more info if the form is on the top of the landing page.

But you can check every field before sending the form, i think that this is a problem of the form and the solution that you are offering is not a option. WP Forms work just fine using a event that they trigger when you submit your form. JoinChat also have his own event so i think maybe you can do the same. Trigger your own event when some really submit the form.

    Hi Leonardo,

    Thank you for the update.

I appreciate your feedback, unfortunately, this feature is not currently available, but we’ll definitely take it into account. I also encourage you to share this on our Ideas and Roadmap page at https://www.brizy.io/ideas-and-roadmap. This platform helps us track suggestions more effectively and prioritize feature requests based on user needs.

We appreciate your input as we work towards improving Brizy Builder.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

I'm actually impressed how the Brizy techs/devs here just barely want to help/understand how this could easily be achieved.

Brizy forms show a "Thank you. message received" message that get's loaded into the DOM if a message is sent succesfully. Said message has a class ".brz-forms2__alert--success". Said class can be used utilising the GTM "Element Visibility" trigger to set up events in GTM.
Here's a video on how to do it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lNSEmaThiLM
