I paid for a personal account last month (January 16, 2025) the monthly fee of $19 and for some reason I STILL show that I have NOTHING. No access to anything. What exactly is going on? Please advise.

  Hello Holley,

  You are subscribed to the Personal Cloud plan and it is scheduled to renew on February 15, 2025. This plans gives you access to 1 PRO website and unlimited FREE websites. Pro websites carry the PRO label on the project thumbnail and free websites carry the FREE label. Currently, you have one PRO project and one FREE project.

   

  You can deactivate PRO features on a project by selecting the "Deactivate PRO" option in your project thumbnail.

  

  You can activate PRO features on a project by selecting the "Activate PRO" option in your project thumbnail.
