Image Rendering Delay

Hi guys, on https://licemamas.com, I'm getting an issue in the SEO report related to a delayed loading/rendering of an image. The image itself is not large at all. It is a background image and this is for mobile. SEE report results in the attached image. Any thoughts?

  From the above screenshot, we could not identify the background image you are referring to. Can you take a screenshot of the report at https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-licemamas-com/6u97snmare?form_factor=mobile and highlight the place in the report where you see "delayed loading/rendering of the image"?
