The latest update broke elements in my Brizy wordpress website...again!

    Hi Jonathan,  

    Thank you for contacting us..

    Please try making a small change to the block containing the menu element . For example, you can add 1px padding on all sides, then save the page and preview it to see if the issue is resolved. This will force Brizy to recompile the page.

    Once you've checked if this fixes the issue, you can revert the change and save the page again. 

    Please give it a try and let me know how it goes.

    I tried adding padding and taking it away on that block and others in the header. Still no response. What should I do?

    Hi Jonathan,

    Could you please provide temporary access to your WP Admin so we can take a closer look at your site? Kindly add us as an Admin user in your WordPress Dashboard and send the details to communitysupport@brizy.io:

    Thank you for your cooperation.  

    After checking, the issue was related to hard caching. Purging WP Fastest Cache multiple times has resolved it.

    Thanks for replying. I'm on my phone now and I am trying from Firefox, Chrome and Samsung internet browser.  None of them respond when I try to touch the hamburger menu. I'm trying all over around it, but no response.

    Are you able to check that again?

    Hello Jonathan,

    I have disabled the Minify HTML option in the WP Fastest Cache plugin and the mobile hamburger menu started working again. Please check and confirm if the issue is resolved at your end as well.
