I want to cancel my subscription

Why is there no way to cancel? That is so frustrating. I would like to cancel my subscription.

  Hi Nick,

  Apologies for the trouble. Have you tried canceling your subscription through your Account Dashboard by selecting the Accounts tab and clicking Cancel Subscription?

  Yes I did. It takes me to my billing page which lists my subscriptions. 
  
  The only thing I can do is click on view or update under each subscriptions. When I do this... I get a "Page Not Found".

  See attached and link below and please cancel all my subscriptions with Brizy or I will have to submit a report to my credit card.

  Sure. 

  Choosing Brizy as my page builder has been the single worst decision I have made since starting my website. It has lead to numerous site crashes, a slow website and large error reporting on the backend bogging down my admin. Every time I contact Brizy its always the same conclusion... its another plugin's fault. Always passing the buck and never taking accountability for anything. I have extremely common and large plugins like woocommerce and lifterlms... you would think Brizy could work with those and yet it is NEVER listed on other plugin's lists of compatible page builders. 
  
  I never should have chosen Brizy. The only reason I have had it for so long is that I had so many pages that it was difficult to make the switch to another page builder. I have finally done that and now Brizy wont even give me an option to cancel. Classic.

  Hello Nick,

  You are subscribed to the Freelancer WordPress Lifetime plan with no recurring payments. You made the purchase on November 27, 2021 and you have access to it for an unlimited period of time. Since only recurring subscriptions can be canceled, you won't find a cancellation option for your product.
