Duplicating a Brizy website for development reasons

Hi

I try to duplicate a website with Brizy pro plugin. Copied DB en files and assigned a new URL working on a Synology NAS with DSM 7.1.

However the duplicated URL continues to revert to the initial one and as such I cannot even assign a new Brizy key to the new website.

I suppose in the Brizy definitions somewhere, there is a reference to the initial website URL. How can this be changed? 

Or are there other issues?

  Thank you for contacting us. 

  Could you share how you duplicated the site? Did you manually copy the database and files, or did you use a migration plugin?  

  If the site is still redirecting to the original URL, you may need to update the site URL in wp_options (siteurl and home) and check for any hardcoded references in the database. A tool like Better Search Replace can help with this.  

  Additionally, plugins like WP All-in-One Migration could make the duplication process smoother, as they handle URL replacements automatically.
