Error 503 on Project #10 but not on other projects

Hello.  When I try to publish my Project #10 it only gives me error 503 unable to handle this request.  To troubleshoot, I published each of my other projects, Amplify Operations #2 and #3.  And they were both able to pull up with no error code.  Can you help me figure out the issue with the Project 10?

  Hello Lanni,

  Kindly edit the A Record for your domain from 192.64.119.238 to 34.237.47.210 and get back to us. We will install the SSL certificate.
