  Hello Bouzerd,

  On November 17, 2024, you made your previous payment to renew your Personal Cloud subscription. Your December and January subscriptions were overdue and your plan got cancelled on January 15, 2025 due to non payment. The $19.00 payment made today was accounted towards your December subscription.

  Since you don't have an active subscription at the moment. Kindly make a new purchase to use Pro features.
