Brizy / Shopify trouble with forms

Hi Brizy Team!

I'm working on my first client in Shopify and have run into a snag. I build a custom form in the brizy app builder for a "let's talk" page. I have tried multiple iterations and can not get an email to send through pages / forms built with Brizy. Shopify forms work just fine. 

I put up a backup form built in shopify until I can get this fixed. I've configured the submit actions to go to an email address (like I have in all of my other Brizy sites) but it feels like the action is broke in Shopify.

  Email sending in Shopify is managed by their platform, and it looks like email-sending features may be restricted on lower-tier Shopify plans. If you're using a custom form built with Brizy or a similar tool, Shopify might require a paid plan to send emails successfully.

  

  To confirm the exact limitations based on your plan, I recommend reaching out to Shopify support. They can provide more details on whether a subscription or additional configuration is needed.
