    Hi Tom,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Thank you for outlining the issue you're facing. I understand how crucial it is for form submissions to be properly delivered without ending up in spam or being undelivered.

To improve email deliverability, we recommend setting up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for your domain. These authentication methods can increase the chances of your emails landing in inboxes rather than spam folders. You'll need to update your DNS records to implement this, and you can find a detailed guide on how to do so in this article: https://blog.emailoctopus.com/improve-your-email-deliverability-with-dmarc-spf-and-dkim/

Regarding your other concerns about the leads page and user roles, unfortunately, we currently don't have a simple solution to make the leads accessible without adjusting roles or permissions. We encourage you to submit your suggestion as a feature request at https://www.brizy.io/ideas-and-roadmap. This platform helps us better track suggestions and prioritize feature requests based on user needs and community feedback.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

"To improve email deliverability, we recommend setting up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for your domain"

setting spf , dkim & dmarc will NOT help with emails sent by brizy. I dont have problem with emails customers sent from their own domain. I'm talking about emails send by brizy when form is submitted.

Based on yesterday's stream looks like you working on some new roles, so maybe this will be solved soon

    Hi Tom,

    Thank you for your clarification.

Even though your website is hosted on Brizy Cloud with a custom domain, it's still important to set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for your domain. These records help ensure that emails sent through Brizy’s infrastructure (such as form submissions) are properly authenticated by email providers like Gmail, Office 365, and others, preventing them from being marked as spam or rejected.

Here is a short screencast to demonstrate it: https://youtu.be/OtzJJjpE_es?vq=hd1080

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

Emails are sent from notifications@brizy.cloud to gmail acc (this is not email with custom domain) - so records should be set on your end.
