Unable to edit buttons

I keep getting this error in my Wordpress Brizy plugin when editing buttons. I have tried to clear cache in browser and through the hosting platform, and have tried reinstalling Brizy pro. What do I do? Do I need to wait for the next Brizy update?

  This issue often occurs due to a version mismatch. Please confirm that you have the following versions installed:

  

  Otherwise, please provide temporary access to your WP Admin so we can take a closer look at your site? Kindly add us as an Admin user in your WordPress Dashboard and send the details to communitysupport@brizy.io:
