Pop up not showing on display conditions

Hey there, I checked the resources and visited the links: http://youtube.com/watch?v=C6dNW3osASc

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LuJdeewseZY

to set up the pop up when the page load after 1 sec. 

However, the pop up does not show up properly. What do I miss out? We need the page to show on the mobile version.

  Thank you for reaching out.  

  The popup seems to be functioning correctly on my end. When testing popups, I recommend trying a different browser or using incognito mode.

  Thanks for confirming Ariel, however, this pop up does not show up on the other pages and also mobile version. can you kindly check please thanks

  Hi Janet,  

  Thank you for the update. We've adjusted the popup settings to ensure it works as expected.

  1. The popup was not appearing on all pages because "Trigger Popup Only Once" was enabled.
  2. There’s no need to set it as a global block—the display conditions will determine where the popup appears.
