Contact form no longer working

Hi

Just been pointed out to us that the contact form is no longer working.  It was working and going into Brizy Cloud it looks like nothing has changed and says set up correctly?  The email address is working.

Any ideas?

  Could you please try duplicating the form, reconfiguring it, and see if that helps resolve the issue?

  Additionally, please try using a different email address to check if that makes any difference.
