Free Trial Cloud PRO - Expires on Feb 17, 2025
Hello,
I see the message "Free Trial Cloud PRO - Expires on Feb 17, 2025" (screen below). I have 1 website with a custom domain that is live - I want to remain with the same setting of my previous plan.
How can I make sure that I can keep my previous account settings and my website with custom domain doesn't go down?
Note 1: I activated "Personal Cloud" today, but I'm not sure this was the right action to do.
Note 2: I'm not able to see the name of my previous subscription.

Hello Francesco,
On January 23, 2022, you signed up for your earlier Personal Cloud plan, which was subsequently renewed on January 23, 2023, and 2024. However, your subscription was canceled in January 2025 since it failed to renew. Paddle.com used to handle your previous bills and payments.
Stripe handles the billing for today's purchase of the Personal Cloud plan. Today, your Paddle account got detached and Stripe account got attached to your Brizy account. Hence you do not have access to your previous invoices and payments that were handled by Paddle.
The Free Trial Cloud PRO is a trial plan which gives access to Brizy Cloud Pro features for 14 days. This plan does not have any impact on your account. Once the trial plan expires on February 17, 2025, you account will maintain status quo. Kindly ignore the trial plan.

Hello,
could you please confirm that I will still maintain custom domain and the global header of the website with the Personal Cloud plan?
Thanks,
Francesco

Hello Francesco,
Yes: your Personal Cloud plan gives you access to one PRO website and unlimited FREE websites. You have access to PRO elements and custom domain publishing for one of your websites.
