Error Displaying Elements

I am having this issue now, which occurs when I click the images, buttons, and icons.

I have the latest WordPress version and the latest Brizy versions.

I can share credentials where necessary, please send me an email.

  Hello Baru

  This error usually happens when you have incompatible Brizy and Brizy Pro plugin versions. Kindly update to these Brizy and Brizy Pro versions and check if the issue resolves.  

  

  If this does not help, we will take a look at your dashboard to offer further help.

  Thanks for your feedback. Turns out the dashboard wasn't giving me an option to update the plugin. I had to do it manually and even when I did it was informed I was downgrading. 

  I don't understand this.

  Hello Baru,

  Could you update to the latest Brizy versions and resolve the above issue? If not, kindly follow these steps

  • Deactivate and delete Brizy and Brizy Pro plugins
  • Reinstall Brizy from the WordPress plugin repository.
    
    
    
    
  • Sign in to your Brizy account at https://www.brizy.io/account/login and download Brizy Pro 2.6.6 by clicking on the "Download Brizy Pro 2.6.6" button
    
  • Install Brizy Pro in your WordPress Dashboard under Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin
