How do I unpublish a website?

I have an appsumo LTD plan with 3 website licenses. I have old sites I do not use. I want to unpublish one or more. How do I do that and also I should have one remaining license to use but it will not allow me to use my custom domain. 

Please help me resolve this and figure this out.

  Hello Nichole,

  Kindly use the "Delete Domain" option to delete a custom domain from a project. Then add custom domain to another project.
