Brizy Cloud Domain Email Configuration.
What is the proper approach and process for configuring email accounts with Brizy Cloud?
From my research, it appears that one would need separate hosting for the domain as setting up MX records typically requires a separate hosting account. Simply registering a domain with a registrar typically does not include email hosting. This suggests that a Brizy Cloud website would need an external hosting service for email addresses under the domain.
Does a Brizy Cloud account under a domain require an additional hosting service to enable email functionality or is there a mailbox associated with the Brizy cloud site? or another way via forwarding or ?
I have reviewed multiple posts but have not found a clear answer.
Can you provide a step-by-step guide for configuring a custom domain with email on a Brizy Cloud account?
Thanks.

Hi John,
Thanks for contacting su.
Brizy Cloud only hosts your website, and email hosting is provided by third-party services such as Office 365, Google Workspace, or an email service provided by your hosting provider.
To set up email functionality, you’ll need to configure your MX records in your DNS manager to point your email to your chosen email service provider. This ensures that email traffic for your domain is properly routed to the correct service.
If you already have an existing hosting provider, you can reach out to them for assistance in setting up your mailbox. They’ll guide you through configuring the MX records and any other necessary steps.
This process is best explained on this link:

If you have any further questions, please let us know.
