The layout images are still not loading despite the updates

"Last weekend I contacted you because the layout and block images were not loading in the site pages.
You invited me to use Brizy version 2.6.3 and Brizy Pro 2.6.4.
I noticed that you had updated the versions and I installed them on a test site, but the images still don't load.
What's happening?
