Dear Brizy Support Team,

I am encountering an issue where I cannot update my page due to the following error message:

"This page needs a refresh. You’ve probably updated this page (or another page) in a different tab or browser."

This only happens when I try to update the following page:
🔗 https://kashiwamochi-photo.com/photo/

What I Have Tried:

• I am not using any security plugins.
• I have disabled the firewall settings on my hosting server.
• I have updated Brizy to the latest version.

Could you please provide a solution for this issue?

  Hello Hirotomoq,

  Since bigger pages are experiencing the above error, there are two possible reasons.

  • The page size for the specific page exceeds the upper limit set for the HTTP request size in ModSecurity software in you cPanel. Kindly follow the instructions provided under the heading "ModSecurity at https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/22590197512210 and check if the issue resolves. 
  • The size of the above page exceeds the Post Max size set in your cPanel. Increase the Post Max Size set in cPanel to 512MB following the procedure at https://jmp.sh/2JOiMBXk and check if the issue resolves.

  If both do not help, would like to take a look at your project to troubleshoot the issue. Please add a new user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to our email: communitysupport@brizy.io
