    Hello Laronda,

Your AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024 plan gives you access to 5 PRO websites and unlimited FREE websites. You have used all five PRO licenses that you were allotted for five different projects. You have access to custom domain publishing and PRO builder elements in these 5 projects. In all other projects, you have access to only FREE elements and can publish on a brizy.site subdomain.

You can deactivate PRO feature on a project by selecting the "Deactivate PRO" option in the project thumbnail.

Thank you for the response. This wasn't explicitly stated in the deal or that a previous plan would superseed another plan.

I brought the original plan in 2020 / 2021 that included Brizy WP plugin and Cloud pro features, brizy subdomain, server sync, exporting html, but didn't include custom domains (.com, .net). Last year I brought the AppSumo plan, that included what I previously but now I can add a custom domains.

I found a similar question on Appsumo page from the dating back to Nov: "We plan to change this next year, remove PRO restrictions, except custom domain publishing, so when we'll introduce this change, you'll be able to create all websites with all the features, but only link custom domains with the websites from your AppSumo Tier."

Are their any updates regrading this change?

    Hello Laronda,

We are planning to remove PRO restrictions, except custom domain publishing. But we need to make some changes on how our publishing systems currently work. Later this year, when the improvements are available, we will be able to remove the limitations on PRO builder elements and allow our paid clients to create an unlimited number of draft websites, only paying when they want to publish the site. However we can't predict when this would be available.

Brizy Cloud supports two types of dashboards.

    • Dashboard V1: Supports unlimited plans with no limits on the number of PRO licenses. Your purchase of Brizy Pro Lifetime plan gave you access to this dashboard since it includes access to Pro elements on unlimited websites
    • Dashboard V2: This dashboard supports plans with fixed number of PRO licenses. Your dashboard was switched to this version after you recently purchased the AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024 plan

Dashboard V2 is appropriate for the  AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024 plan, whereas Dashboard V1 is appropriate for the Brizy Pro Lifetime plan. The stacking of two plans that are incompatible with one another is the cause of the problem you are currently experiencing. You have the option to sign up for a new Brizy Cloud account and transfer the  AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024 plan there. This will help you enjoy the benefit of both the plans.
