Issue with Header Menus Disappearing After Updating Brizy Pro
Dear Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue on one of the websites I manage. After updating Brizy Pro from version 2.6.3 to 2.6.4 or 2.6.5, the header menus disappear. I tested creating a blank page and adding a new header with its respective menu, and in that case, it displays correctly.
I have also tried deleting the header menu and reinserting it, but it still does not appear. Additionally, I have deactivated all other plugins and cleared the cache, but the issue persists.
Could you please assist me? Recreating the header from scratch is not an option, as it is a global element used across 47 pages.
Thank you in advance for your support.
Best regards,

Hi Fredi,
Thank you for reaching out.
Please try updating to these versions and check if that resolves the issue.

If you have cache plugins installed, you may need to purge the cache before previewing your site.
Let me know how it goes.
Best regards,

Hi Ariel,
I have Brizy 2.6.9 and Brizy Pro 2.6.5 installed, but as I mentioned, the header menu does not display, although it does appear in the editor. WP-Rocket is installed, but every time I make changes, I clear the plug-in cache as well as the browser history.
I have rolled back to version 2.6.3, which is the last one working correctly.
Thank you!0 -

Hi Fredi,
Thank you for your cooperation.
About the first site, you were right—there’s an issue with global headers, and the only fix I found was rebuilding them. I haven’t been able to replicate it on my test site, which is strange. I’ve shared this on our internal discussion board and will keep an eye out for similar reports. If you have a backup, please restore it for now until we have more details.
For the second site, we’re already aware of the issue, and it’s been reported to the dev team for further investigation.
In the meantime, please revert to the following versions to resolve the issue:
Brizy 2.6.4 : https://jmp.sh/hTF2g1V8
Brizy Pro 2.6.3 : https://jmp.sh/3FPsswmyApologies for the trouble.
Best regards,

Hi Ariel,
I have also tested creating the header from scratch, and it functions correctly. Additionally, I saved the header block, exported it to a testing environment, and set it as a global element, but I was unable to reproduce the issue. This is indeed quite intriguing.
I will await further updates to see if this issue is resolved in a future release.
Thank you for your time and assistance!

Hello,
With the new 2.6.6 update, the issue of the header menu not displaying has been resolved.
Additionally, the submenus now appear correctly within the hamburger menu.
Thank you very much! I sincerely appreciate your support.
