want using own svg icons in Brizy menu

    Hi Hendrik,  

    Thank you for reaching out to us.  

    I wasn’t able to replicate the issue on my end—perhaps I’m following a different approach. Could you kindly provide a short screencast demonstrating the issue? Additionally, please share a copy of the SVG files so we can test them on our side.  

    In the meantime, please make sure that SVG Uploads are enabled, as shown in this screenshot.

    Hello Ariel,
    I have send you a access on our Wordpress with Admin rights for check the problem by Brizy.
    Unfortunately I haven’t heard anything again from you :-(

    The situation is the follow by using Brizy > own Icon (svg) , are can view in the content block or as singe icon fine. Also by the Brizy-menu but on this point only in the Main menu.
    You can not use the own icon in a submenu. Can it be possible that this is a bug in Brizy?

    Hello Ariel,

    we have send you all Wordpress Account data via communitysupport@brizy.io and we will still waiting of a answer about the problem. We would like to continue our web project as soon as possible, if possible, and of course in the long term with Brizy. However, we would then need to know whether it is now possible to use our own svg icons in the Brizy menu (submenu) Yes or No. At the moment, unfortunately, this is not possible.

    Apologies for the delay; support is unavailable over the weekend.

    I’ve also been able to replicate the issue on my end and have escalated it to our senior support team for resolution.
