DNS apparently good...but not working

    Hello Chay,

    A whois lookup of your domain at https://www.whois.com/whois/branddefense.biz shows that your domain is on hold/ inactive. Kindly check with your domain registrar how to remove the hold/ make it active

    Your DNS entries look correct. Once your domain is released from the hold, the DNS records should work fine.

    Can you please change my account email from chad@reputationdefensenetwork.com to 

    DevTeam919@gmail.com

    Yes, I already tried your settings function after logging in, but it does NOT work. Please check your settings section codes. The change email settings are not working. 

    Please let me know.

    Hello Chay,

    We have changed your account email to devteam919@gmail.com. You should have received a welcome email from "Dimi from Brizy" in your Inbox. Click on the "reset your password" link in the email to set a password. 

    We will take a look at the "Settings" option under the Brizy account dashboard.
