How about results sorting in the Support Forum?

This forum has a lot of good information, but without any way to sort it, it is hard if not impossible to find timely information.  If nothing else, a post date sort option would go a long way in helping people find information that is relevant to today's issues.

  The forum is currently sorted with the latest threads at the top, and you can also use the search feature to find specific topics or issues. As a user of this platform myself, I understand how additional sorting options and better navigation could enhance the experience.
