DNS does not work properly

Hi, attached there is a document where i explain the error, could you please help me to fix it?

  Hello Belén,

  Apart from pointing to the Brizy Cloud server, your domain belenrivas.es also points to another web server with the IP 2a12:d280:100:57::. Kindly sign into your domain control panel and delete the AAAA record pointing to  2a12:d280:100:57::. 

  

  Likewise, kindly also remove the AAAA record linked to your domain name, debiconformarmecontigo.es, which points to the IP address 2a12:d280:100:57::.

  

   

  Please get back to us after deleting the above DNS records. We will then install the SSL certificate.

  Both AAAA types are deleted on each domain zones for both websites. 

  I will wait for you to install the SSL certificate then.

  hi!

  One of them is now working fine, but the other belenrivas.es still does not work, could you please check the SSL issue there?

  Hi Belén,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Could you please try to delete the domain from your account dashboard and then re-enter it? This action should trigger a reset of the SSL. Once completed, kindly allow a few hours for the DNS to propagate.

  

  Please try this and inform me of the outcome.
