Random Error Messages Appearing AFter A Whole Day with No Problems

The following is just one of the error messages I keep seeing. This happens when I try to preview any website or story:
Oops! An Error Occurred
The server returned a "500 Internal Server Error".
Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
I don't believe I'v edone anything out of the ordinary. Can you tell me what could cause that kind of error message to appear so I can rectify the problem? Thank you! 😊

Hello Thierry,
On Brizy Cloud websites, the "500 Internal Server Error" typically occurs when you access your dashboard during a Cloud service update. If this happens again, take a break from your work and return to it after an hour and you dashboard should work fine. Â
