Hi!

I am writing to request a refund for a personal cloud subscription that I recently purchased. I intended to purchase a WordPress subscription instead and mistakenly subscribed to the wrong service.

Could you please assist me with a refund for the $19 subscription? I would greatly appreciate your help with this matter.

  We have cancelled your Personal Cloud plan and have refunded $19.00. This transaction should reflect in your card statement in 7-10 business days.
