    We are happy to cancel your Personal Cloud subscription and refund the payment of $189.00 since your subscription is within the refund period.

    Would you please elaborate your statement "the hosting is so bad that we cannot even use it".

    we dont know, but it loads very bad, we compared with Webflow, and its 10x faster. Let us know when its canceled.
