Brizy update 2.6.8 messes up image links
Since the latest Brizy update (2.6.8 and 2.6.4-Pro) my client's website build with Brizy Wordpress Plugin doesn't show a number of images. This concerns in the first place all background images of blocks, rows and columns. In the backend (brizy editor) the background images are present/visible. But in the frontend as preview or viewing the actual site they are not. Checking the code via the browser's inspector it turns out that the link to the particular image is corrupted. Always in a <div class="brz-bg-image"> the CSS-link to a background-image simply can't work. Example:
.brz-bg-image{background-image:url("https://www.teresawilson.co.uk/wp/wp/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/x_blurred-scaled.webp");background-position:50% 50%;}
Wrong here is the doubling of "wp/wp/" in the link. Removing one "wp/" and the background image loads. This ominous issue occured first after the latest update.
In second place: All images in a lightbox via image carousel do not load/show anymore. Here I haven't found the code error yet, though I guess it's a similar issue as in the case of background images.
I've read here in the community that there some more problems with images failing to upload. This needs to be solved asap!

Thanks for the response. But I've tried that already before. And Brizy 2.6.4 did not install properly. It didn't proceed to "Unpacking the package" and I couldn't "Activate the plugin". Instead I saw a rudimentary version (no styling basically) of the website with "Ooops the page can't be found" written on it. I had to download Brizy 2.6.8 and Brizy Pro 2.6.4 again and re-install those which thankfully worked. At least I have an acceptable display of the website even with massive faults.
Now after your response I tried the reverting process again with freshly downloaded versions. Sadly the same as before happened again. What now?
