Seeking refund for Wordpress Builder

Hello There

I have recently purchased the wordpress builder and not happy with the usability. I would like to seek a refund of the same please?

  Hello Satish,

  You purchased the White Label WordPress plan on December 3, 2024. As per our Terms and Conditions at https://www.brizy.io/terms-and-conditions, 

  Refunds are available for the first 30 days after purchasing a new monthly or yearly subscription. 

  You had the opportunity to request for a refund until January 02, 2025. Unfortunately, this transaction does not qualify for a refund since you have now crossed the deadline for submitting a refund request.

  If you do not wish to continue to use the product, we can cancel the subscription so that you do not get charged again. You have time till December 2, 2025 to make a decision regarding the cancellation. Kindly confirm if you would like to cancel this plan.
