Support Ticket 43619 - Imaged don't load in Brizy WP editor

I eventually subscribed successfully as a Brizy subscriber. Can you please give me feedback on support ticket 43619? Images failed to load in the Brizy editor.

  Hi Johann,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  It looks like there are some ongoing issues with the recent update. A fix for this is currently in the Beta testing phase and should be released soon.

  In the meantime, please revert to the following versions to resolve the issue:

  Brizy 2.6.4        : https://jmp.sh/hTF2g1V8
  Brizy Pro 2.6.3  : https://jmp.sh/3FPsswmy

  Follow the below procedure to roll back.

  1. Deactivate and delete Brizy Pro
  2. Deactivate and delete Brizy
  3. In your WordPress Dashboard under Plugins - Add New - Upload Plugin, upload Brizy 2.6.4
  4. In your WordPress Dashboard under Plugins - Add New - Upload Plugin, upload Brizy Pro 2.6.3

  Hi Ariel

  When I’m trying to delete it, it does not give me an option not to delete my data. How do I make sure the pages created are not deleted?

  Hi Johann,

  Thank you for the update. Deleting and reinstalling both Brizy and Brizy Pro will not delete any of the pages you’ve already built. The content is stored in your WordPress database, so it remains intact even if you uninstall the plugins.
