    Hi Todd,

    Thank you for your cooperation.

It looks like there are some ongoing issues with the recent update. A fix for this is currently in the Beta testing phase and should be released soon.

We’ve temporarily rolled back Brizy and Brizy Pro to these versions. I’ve included the link here in case you encounter the same issue on other sites.

    Brizy 2.6.4        : https://jmp.sh/hTF2g1V8
    Brizy Pro 2.6.3  : https://jmp.sh/3FPsswmy

Follow the below procedure to roll back.

    1. Deactivate and delete Brizy Pro
    2. Deactivate and delete Brizy
    3. In your WordPress Dashboard under Plugins - Add New - Upload Plugin, upload Brizy 2.6.4
    4. In your WordPress Dashboard under Plugins - Add New - Upload Plugin, upload Brizy Pro 2.6.3

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

Thank a ton Ariel, that is "great" to hear.

I changed hosting providers just before I moved to Brizy, and was concerned it was somewhere on my end, Your note is reassuring. and lets me get on with other tasks before our 1st Brizy client launch next week.

I would love to see status updates.  Where can I find them?  Here?

    Cheers.

A follow on.... Do I need to do anything special with my keys?

Is there a key deactivation / deletion protocol I need to follow, or can I just delete the plugins, reinstall and reapply the original keys connected to the domains??

    Thanks!

    Hi Todd,

    Thank you for the update.

If Brizy Pro has already been activated, no further action is needed as long as you are using the same domain name. The license key is securely stored in the WordPress database. You’ll only need to re-enter it if you’re editing your pages and find the Pro features unavailable.

For updates and status information, feel free to check this link: https://www.brizy.io/changelog-pro/

    Kind regards,
    Ariel H.

The Brizy plugin (your zip and from the catalog) do not install.  They just spin.  Other plugins install correctly.  Any guidance?

Update.... removed the theme and then the installs of Brizy & pro completed.  I am noticing that the updating while in the Builder is taking a long, long time and sometimes the update does not complete, and I have to exit and restart my edit.   This was never happening a week ago.  In fact, the fast updates in the builder was a "selling" feature for me to move on into pro.    I'm seeing the same behavior on two different hosting services. Any sense of what might be happening.

Looks like the issue is it related to pages I built with the other versions. Stories and new pages seem fine.  Not the end of the world.

    Greetings

Are you able to give me any updates on your content problems.(Templates and blocks)

I tried to install 65 free and pro templates today with about a 21 failing to load.  Pro was better than free but that could have been a random event.  Multiple blocks also failed to bring in content with some bringing in content after you exited the editor and then reloaded.  I did not test them in a structured way.

I used a combination of the current and roll back plugin versions and I did the installs on 2 different hosting providers. The failures and success were 100% repeatable and there did not seem to be any correlation to plugin versions or content volume.  If at all valuable, I have the spreadsheet of my testing.

    Thank you for your assistance.

I ran those that you sent me a couple days ago, but I'll try then again from a completely clean WP install.

    Update - looking good

Thank you for your persistence and patience.

From a clean install (and ensuring there were no auto updates applied). things on NameCheap hosting (the service I'm moving to) now look good with no sign of template or block install issues.

The other provider (Go Daddy) which I've used Brizy on for months, would not even let the plugin install half the time on one account and good on another.  I'm sure it is on their end, so I burned down the hosting env completely, but still had the problem.  However, since I'm not staying with those guys, I'm not worrying about the issue.

So my next question is, when can I update to the current plugins?  I'm on a test install right now, and could update them both and report back, if that is at all helpful.

    Cheers
