Brizy Legacy Format

I have been told that problems I am experiencing with blocks not uploading, nor being able to create a pop-up for my project is because the project was developed using legacy format. I apparently need to re-build my project on the current Briny Cloud format.

How can this be done? Is there an easy to follow step-by-step guide? Not a professional web builder, and appreciate the help.
