i cant fix my ssl on my website:https://handkontroller.se is it nothing you can solve or should i contact loopia ?

  Hello Jesper,

  Since your website is hosted with Brizy Cloud, SSL certificate will be installed on Cloud servers.

  For custom domain publishing, you need a Pro plan. Your Personal Cloud plan could not be renewed on January 4, 2025. Hence at the moment, you do not have access to a Brizy Cloud Pro plan. To fix this issue, kindly sign in to your Brizy account at https://www.brizy.io/account/login.  Select the "Billing" option under the "Account" menu

  

   

  Scroll down to the heading "Invoice History" and click on "Past Due" to renew your subscription manually. 

  

  Then add your custom domain again and wait for 30 minutes for the SSL to be auto generated. If you continue to face the SSL issue, kindly get back to us.
