Have you been hacked?
I've got very good reason to believe that your system has been hacked. I just got a spam message about website design services.
I don't hand out my email to anyone.
Did you know about his this hack? If not, why not?
When did this happen?
What has been done to rectify the hack?

Hello Chris,
We are not aware of a hacking attack on our systems. If it happened, it would have affected hundreds of our other customers. Since no other customer raised this concern, we guess there were no such attacks.
If you have carried out Google search on "web design services" recently and clicked on a few websites offering this service or if you have clicked on a Facebook or Google ad for "web design services", you can receive SPAM emails on this topic. This is because when you click on these ads or visit websites related to web design, your email address can be captured by data brokers and then sold to companies who send out bulk marketing emails, often considered spam. Many companies use online advertising to gather potential leads, and clicking on a web design ad is often seen as an indication of interest in the service.
