    Hello Taylor,

    We apologize for the delay in responding to you on this matter. Here is the reason.  

    Tshisuaka does not have a Pro plan. For the SSL to be deployed and the custom domain to function, a Pro plan is necessary. We will return to this issue once you are able to allocate Pro plans to your sub users. A bug that prevents you from assigning Pro plans is still being fixed on our end.

    can you let us know if this is fixed. we are having trouble with cross checking because upon checking his brizy dashbourd on the invoice tab , his current subscription contains a duplicate subscription but you can see below on the invoice history whis is set to expire on january 28 that he has the premium hosting, when cross checking with stripe we can only see the duplicate subscription. can you enlighten me a bit with this matter? thank you

    On Tshisuaka's account, we see https://jmp.sh/xDcHmoCW which shows a single subscription and it is scheduled to renew on February 24, 2025. I'm afraid we can't be of much assistance since we don't have access to your Stripe Dashboard.
